Tombrack NS, Ferns, Co. Wexford was established in April 1908 Tombrack NS, under the Patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Ferns is situated in Ferns Parish and caters for 50 pupils approximately. On completion of their education in Tombrack NS, pupils transfer to FCJ Secondary school and Bunclody Vocational College or other schools at the discretion of parents/guardians.

The school caters for the full range of classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. It is an inclusive school and caters for children of all abilities. There are 2 full time teachers including the Principal and 2 shared support teachers employed in the school. 1 part time secretary and 1 part-time Caretaker/cleaner are employed.
Tombrack NS operates in accordance with the Rules for National Schools and Departmental Circulars, Diocesan Policies for Primary School and is funded by grants. Staff are resourced by the Department of Education and Skills.
